On Wednesday, Justice Procaccini met with law students at Mitchell Hamline School of Law to discuss judicial clerkships. In 2014 Justice Procaccini taught at William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law). Justice Procaccini’s insight into judicial clerkships is shaped by his experience as a Justice on the Minnesota Supreme Court and his own experience clerking for two judges. Early in his career, Justice Procaccini clerked for the late Judge Diana E. Murphy on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and then for Chief Judge Michael J. Davis on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
