Last week Justice Karl Procaccini spoke at the 2024 Appellate Practice Institute in Minneapolis. The gathering is an opportunity for Minnesota attorneys to learn from members of the appellate legal community. Prior to his appointment to the Minnesota Supreme Court, Justice Procaccini engaged in appellate work in his roles in state government, private practice, and as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
